The new contract with Spectrum will take effect 11/27/24 and the cost for TV and Internet is included in your monthly condo association fee. The channel lineup includes ALL the channels on the attached sheet plus Peacock, Paramount +, Disney+ and ESPN +. Please refer to the letter which was sent to all residents for instructions.
